Take a break. Take a walk. Get Creative.

Not only is walking good for your physical health, it is good for your mind as well. If you’ve got some serious thinking to do, try to take some time in the next few days to bundle up, get outside and go for a short walk. If it is too cold, perhaps you can get to a mall or another indoor venue.
