Fear, Anxiety, and Coronavirus (COVID-19)

There is much being said and published about the Corona Virus and so I’ll keep this short.

Maybe you or a loved one is struggling with anxiety or depression. The current state affairs may lead to an increase of conflict in marriage or family relationships. I would encourage you to reach out to a trusted mental health professional. Most counselors are still seeing clients in person and via tele-health services. I would be happy to help by providing services or referrals.

The attached document from University Health Services at Berkeley provides some simple tips to get started with anxiety management.
* Keep things in perspective.
* Be mindful of your assumptions about others.
* Stay healthy.
* Keep connected.
* Seek additional help.
More information on coronavirus from UHS Berkeley can be found on their website.
